§ 01Acceptance

By accessing or using the Revly platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

§ 02Description of service

Revly provides AI-assisted acoustic diagnostics for internal combustion engines, including audio recording capture, diagnostic analysis, vehicle history tracking, repair cost estimates, and related features. The Service is delivered via mobile applications and this website.

§ 03Accounts

You must create an account to use Revly. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

§ 04Acceptable use

You agree to use Revly responsibly and lawfully. You will not upload audio unrelated to engine diagnostics, attempt to compromise the platform's security, misrepresent vehicles or diagnostics for fraudulent purposes (such as deceptive used-car sales), or use the Service to facilitate unsafe vehicle operation.

§ 05Diagnostic disclaimer

Revly is a diagnostic-aid and planning tool. It is not a substitute for inspection by a qualified mechanic. Diagnostics are based on acoustic analysis and statistical pattern matching. Results are predictive and not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for decisions about vehicle operation, maintenance, and repair.

§ 06Your data

You retain ownership of the recordings and diagnostic history you create. You grant Revly a limited license to process, store, and analyze your recordings to provide the Service. You may opt in to allow anonymized recordings for model improvement; opt-in is off by default and may be withdrawn at any time.

§ 07Intellectual property

The Revly platform — including software, models, design, and branding — is owned by Revly. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our models or training data without written permission.

§ 08Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled case by case. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

§ 09Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of diagnostic results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any damages related to mechanical failures, repair decisions, or vehicle operation.

§ 10Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

§ 11Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of significant changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
